1. Strengthen the Golden Fire Department EMS Program
2. Evaluate and Implement a Sustainable Staffing Strategy
3. Implement a Comprehensive Community Risk Reduction Program
4. Establish a Comprehensive Safety, Health and Wellness Program
5. Enhance the Golden Fire Department Training Program
