    On February 7, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. the Planning Commission held a public hearing and approved the Form Zone Site Plan and Major Adjustment for an uphill house with a reduced garage setback to less than 20 feet, thereby reducing the driveway length to less than 20 feet.

    The Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 7, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. and recommended approval. The matter will be forwarded to City Council for a decision.

    The Planning Commission of the City of Golden will hold a Public Hearing at a meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. The meeting will be held in City Council Chambers, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado, to consider an application for initial zoning of a 5.77 acre property under consideration for annexation, located at 152 Heritage Road be established as CO (Conservation). The City seeks to rezone the Property from Jefferson County Agricultural District (Agricultural One or A-1 and Agricultural-Two or A-2). The City of Golden is planning to annex and zone the property, within the South Neighborhoods area that has been recently acquired from Jefferson County. The proposed Conservation zoning would allow for municipal uses, public infrastructure, and park development in the future, see Section 18.28.030 and Section 18.28.050 of the Golden Municipal Code. The City held a neighborhood meeting on January 10, 2024.
