July 23, 2025 - Project Update

The City of Golden is moving forward with two important initiatives: the Parks & Recreation Master Plan (PRMP) and Open Space Master Plan (OSMP) Phase Two. These plans will guide the future care, development, and preservation of Golden’s parks, recreation facilities, and open spaces—ensuring they meet community needs, protect natural resources, and expand access for all.

On July 23, the City of Golden formally adopted the OSMP Phase Two draft. Work on the PRMP continues, and updates will be shared soon.

Thank you for your continued interest and participation in shaping the future of Golden’s parks, recreation, and open spaces. Stay tuned for upcoming opportunities to review and provide feedback on the draft PRMP plan.
