• Purpose of the Meeting: This session focuses on the next stage of development applications for two additional parcels. These updates include:
  • Official Development Plan (ODP) Amendment: To allow for above-ground parking on 9th Street, setback adjustments on Ford Street, and other minor language updates.
  • 710 10th Street (Future/ Adaptive Reuse Hotel Site) A request for Rezoning and a Major Adjustment of Form(s).
  • Block C (Future Residential): Site Development Plan application.
  • Parcel B5 (Future Parking): Site Development Plan application.
