Project Overview

Join us for a neighborhood meeting to discuss the evolution of the Clayworks District and upcoming development approval requests subject to future public hearings. The Applicant will provide a comprehensive project update, explain proposed draft changes, and outline the next phase of development. City Staff will also be in attendance to answer questions and gather community feedback.

Purpose of the Meeting: This session focuses on the next stage of development applications for two additional parcels. These updates include:

  • Official Development Plan (ODP) Amendment: To allow for above-ground parking on 9th Street, setback adjustments on Ford Street, and other minor language updates.
  • 710 10th Street (Future/ Adaptive Reuse Hotel Site) A request for Rezoning and a Major Adjustment of Form(s).
  • Block C (Future Residential): Site Development Plan application.
  • Parcel B5 (Future Parking): Site Development Plan application.
