Planning Commission Study Session - Dormer Encroachments and Preservation Incentives
During their July 10th Study Session, the Golden Planning Commission and staff from the planning division discussed potential code changes that would allow dormers to encroach into the bulk plane restriction that was recently enacted by City Council. In addition to this, the group began to discuss the idea of incentivizing the preservation of the existing homes in lieu of new construction.

North Neighborbood R-2 Survey Results - Public Meeting
Attention residents of the North Neighborhood, the Planning Division from the City of Golden will soon host a pubic meeting to discuss the results of the February survey. This meeting will be held from 5:30 to 7:00pm in the City Council chambers on March 14, 2019. Staff will present feedback received from the property owners that are zoned R-2 in the north neighborhood. In addition, new recommendations will be discussed as well as the opportunity to for the public to provide feedback.
