HPB 24-06: Certificate of Appropriateness-822 12th Street (Astor House)

The Historic Preservation Board of the City of Golden will hold a Public Hearing at a meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at Golden City Hall, City Council Chambers located at 911 10th Street, Golden, CO 80401 to review an application requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness for a new sign for the Astor House, located at 822 12th St. The Applicant is requested the current “Astor House” signage be lowered on the eastern façade and “Foothills Art Center at Golden’s Historic” be placed above it where the Astor House signage currently sits.
