HPB 24-05: 916-918 9th Street-Petition for removal from the 8th and 9th Street Historic District

The Historic Preservation Board of the City of Golden will hold a Public Hearing at a meeting on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 6:30 P.M. at Golden City Hall, 911 10th Street, Golden, Colorado to review removal of the property located at 916/918 9th Street from the 8th and 9th Street Historic District. The property contains a duplex structure. The Board will review the application and make a recommendation to City Council.
