North Ford Complete Street - 30% Design Survey
The City of Golden has launched the North Ford Complete Street Design Project which aims to increase accessibility, connectivity, and safety along the North Ford Street corridor between SH93 in north Golden to 10th Street downtown as determined by the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. Throughout 2025 the community collaboratively developed the preferred alternative that includes improved sidewalks, an uphill bike lane, intersection improvements and traffic calming strategies. The preferred alternative will inform the engineering design plans going forward and are presented below for reference.
