The development will remove and replace the existing muffler shop on the site and intends to incorporate the muffler man sign as art in the building.

Final approval of the lot line adjustment is pending and a building permit is expected in August 2025. Construction is anticipated to start in Fall 2025. Public improvements will be coordinated with other improvements planned for Ford St.
