Project Overview

The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing parcel into five lots, including the development of two compact cottage units and one compact cottage triplex. Prior to plat recording, all existing structures will be removed with the exception of the two-story brick home on the east side of the property. Due to its contribution to neighborhood character, this structure will be preserved and relocated to the newly created Lot 2. The Director has determined certain minor adjustments are appropriate to accommodate the preservation and relocation of the house. Those minor adjustments are contingent on the house being successfully moved.
