Project Overview
Join us for a neighborhood meeting to discuss the proposed rowhomes located at 18700 W 4th Ave. This meeting will review the application for a Special Use Permit to waive the requirement that 25% of the ground floor area be dedicated to commercial uses (in the C1 zone district), allowing the project to be 100% residential.
Purpose of the Meeting: This meeting is a preliminary step required prior to a formal application for a Special Use Permit associated to obtain public feedback for the applicant's consideration. There will be additional notice of public hearings IF an application is submitted when the formal public hearing is scheduled. Can't make the meeting or want to provide written comment?
