18700 W. 4th. Ave Rowhomes
Application Type: Neighborhood Meeting held prior to Special Use Permit application
Project Overview
The neighborhood meeting to discuss the proposed rowhomes located at 18700 W 4th Ave. was held on March 24, 2026. This page will be updated when/if the application for a Special Use Permit to waive the requirement that 25% of the ground floor area be dedicated to commercial uses (in the C1 zone district), allowing the project to be 100% residential is formally submitted to the City. Thank you for those who attended and staff will evaluate venue capacity, speaker systems and microphones for public comment, and school break schedules when scheduling future neighborhood meetings.
Purpose of the Meeting: The neighborhood meeting is a required preliminary step prior to a formal application for a Special Use Permit associated to obtain public feedback for the applicant's consideration. There will be additional notice of public hearings IF an application is submitted when the formal public hearing is scheduled. Written comments can be sent to Planning@CityofGolden.net and we will make sure the applicant receives your input.
