• Subdivison requests are reviewed under the provisions of Title 17 of the Golden Municipal Code. Since this is a replat of an existing platted lot that has already gone through the Preliminary Plat and Final Plat review process at an earlier date, the review is limited to technical requirements and referred to engineering, storm water, fire, and legal staff for compliance. All new public easements shown on the replat are required to be reviewed and approved by City Council prior to plat recordation.
